BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES has developed a new Division of
STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS AND SHIPYARDS subcontracting services in response to market dynamics and cyclical instabilities in the North European shipbuilding and repairing Industry.
Our core business is to recruit, train, retain and deploy highly skilled shipyard personnel in order to fulfil our present and future Partners’ needs to raise their productivity through improved quality, efficiency and cost-reduction across their workforce.
BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES focus is to establish, maintain and
co-ordinate stable pools of shipyard personnel using all available resources from the Romanian shipyard and steel constructions market.
We guarantee that all our services are carried out in accordance with strict guidelines and adhere to the highest standards of quality and ethical behaviour to ensure a successful outcome.
02 WHAT DO WE OFFER?
BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES commitment is to assist our clients by their production capacity for steel construction and relieve them from the strains of hectic personal matters.
We provide highly experienced and qualified shipyard personnel who all have been scrutinized through our strict interview process and competence tests at our on-site testing facility.
In this respect BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES has developed its own TESTING WORKSHOP inside Constanta Harbour fully equipped with all required types of welding machines, cutting, grinding equipments.
To ensure that BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES outplace the best professionals, we regularly run Working Test for our recruited manpower.

03 ARE WE AUTHORIZED?
It is BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES Guiding Principle to establish all our co-operation projects in accordance to the EU Laws and Regulations.
Our legal department commitment is to have all aspects fulfilled before any deployment of our personnel.
We guarantee:
- Application for and submission of the required E101 certification and other supporting documentation.
- BRIGHT MARITIME SERVICES workforce is and will be employed in accordance to EER Regulations, with working contracts duly signed and working records recognized by EU Authorities without any restrictions.
- Pre-employment medical checks performed before deployment and continuous on annual base.
04 WHAT ABOUT WORKERS COMP-INSURANCE?
- All of employees are covered by the Romanian social security regulations. In addition, each of them has a signed Insurance Policy against Health, Death, permanent Disability and a retirement package.
